Conditions of my SSD/SSI Project Consent issued a few years ago require me to consult with DPI Water/Office of Water/NRAR. Who should I contact?
Post approval consultation responsibilities of the former DPI Water, NSW Office of Water departments and NRAR are now the responsibility of the Department of Planning and Environment–Water. Please refer to Table 1 for guidance on these responsibilities. If you are still unsure, you can email water.assessments@dpie.nsw.gov.au for further advice.
