We will continue to regularly create opportunities to hear from and meet with our stakeholders to build shared understanding, hear insights on water matters, and to provide input on policies, plans, and other relevant documents. The department is reviewing the Dams Safety Act 2015 and is inviting owners of declared dams and other interested stakeholders to share their feedback as part of a public consultation.

Community members are invited to attend an infomation session in Tilpa, Louth, Walgett or online. Learn more about the project, ask questions and review the proposed fishway designs for the Tilpa, Louth, Banarway and Calmundi weir sites.
