An upgrade to Bega’s ageing sewage treatment plant is in the works following a $200,000 NSW Government investment to kickstart the design and planning stages.

The historic town of Moama is one step closer to locking in a new or upgraded sewage treatment plant thanks to $300,000 from the NSW Government and $200,000 from Murray River Council.

Nyngan is one step closer to a new, state-of-the-art water treatment plant as planning work gets off the ground thanks to a $490,000 investment from the NSW Government and $160,000 from Bogan Shire Council.

Kempsey is moving towards having access to a new state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant that will secure the region’s future thanks to $7.814 million funding in partnership between the NSW Government and Kempsey Shire Council.

High quality and reliable drinking water has been secured at Finley for decades to come thanks to the completion of a $6.6 million upgrade of the town’s water treatment plant.
