NSW water users have two weeks left to complete the Stock and Domestic Rights survey as part of a broader review into understanding how water is extracted and managed under these rights, and whether any changes are needed.

The NSW Department of Planning and Environment today issued a ‘rising river alert’ for the Snowy River between Jindabyne Dam and Dalgety in southern NSW for Friday 10 November 2023.

The Macquarie-Castlereagh Regional Water Strategy has been finalised, giving towns from Oberon, Bathurst and Orange in the east, to Dubbo, Narromine, Warren and Nyngan in the west, a clear pathway to a sustainable water future.
