The NSW Government is delivering more than $11 million in new infrastructure to improve water quality and reliability for communities in the Central Darling Shire.

Construction has started on the new $11.5 million Puddledock Dam pipeline to provide greater water security for Armidale by providing an alternative water supply for the community to lean on, particularly during dry times.

A new 300 megalitre off-stream storage dam at Walcha will provide greater water security and reliability for residents and businesses and to help drought-proof the town’s water supply.
