About policy reviews
The department conducts regular reviews of its policy settings for local water utilities, including the Regulatory and Assurance Framework for Local Water Utilities and associated guidance. During each review, we consult with stakeholders so their feedback can help shape policy settings and ensure they remain current and fit for purpose.
